Shipping and Returns Policy for SpyGadgetsUK.co.uk

All items are usually (99%) shipped on the day of purchase if the purchase is made before 3pm.  This applies from Monday to Friday.  Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.  Orders placed after 3pm will be treated as though they were placed the previous day - and therefore normally shipped the next day.

Returns - all goods are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of purchase.  Faulty items should be sent recorded / signed for to

A refund or replacement depending on what you need will be provided for faulty goods - if the goods are over 3 months old then no refund or replacement can be given under any circumstances.

You may return goods up to 7 days after purchase and you do not have to give a reason for the return - this applies to working items and those with faults.
